Please ensure that your leisure battery is fully charged and that your vehicle fuel tank is above 1/2 tank level.

The vast majority of heater faults are caused by low voltage and lack of fuel. Please ensure that you eliminate both common errors prior to booking a repair.

1. Remove all power from your heater by removing the 20a fuse for the heater located either at your leisure battery or next to heater.  Keep fuse out for a period of 30 minutes to allow heater electronics to de energise fully. Re apply fuse.

2.  Ensure your battery is fully charged. Check battery voltage on the screen of the heater controller. Watch this as the heater attempts to start. It should not drop below 11.5v

3. If controller screen is blank - no display, this indicates a power issue

4. Add fuel to your vehicle fuel tank. You need to be above 1/4 tank on level ground.
